Every item is carefully prepared before hire.
All equipment remains the property of Little Luxe Baby Hire throughout the hire period.
Customers are responsible for using equipment safely, following instructions and returning items in the same condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
Normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged.
Charges may apply for broken equipment, missing parts, water damage, smoke damage, pet damage, loss, theft or items that cannot be safely hired again.
We deliver directly to homes, hotels, Airbnbs, guesthouses and holiday accommodation across Munster.
Delivery and collection times are agreed in advance. Customers must ensure someone is available to accept delivery and collection.
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
We only collect information needed to process bookings, arrange delivery, contact customers and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell customer information. Personal data is handled securely and in line with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

Yes. We work with accommodation providers who want to offer baby equipment to their guests without storing or maintaining it themselves.
As early as possible, especially during summer, school holidays and bank holiday weekends.
Normal wear and tear is expected. However, customers may be charged for lost, stolen, broken or badly damaged items.
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you would like to extend your hire period.
